AAM received the California Distinguished Schools award for our excellent work in closing the achievement gap during the 2024-2025 school year.
Altadena Arts Magnet earned statewide recognition from the California PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) Coalition for our work in creating supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environments during the 2024-25 school year.
As a Kindness Certified School AAM is committed to creating a positive culture of compassion, empathy, and respect. We participate annually in the Great Kindness Challenge encouraging our students to perform daily acts of kindness.
